Governance Review Workshop

This workshop provides participants with practical experience in evaluating and strengthening governance systems within projects and institutions. Participants will assess governance structures, accountability mechanisms, reporting systems, ethical practices, and sustainability integration approaches to identify governance gaps, improve oversight effectiveness, and support transparent and sustainable project execution.
