KOMPASS – Compact Help for Solo Self-Employed Professionals is a federal program that provides funding for qualification measures for solo self-employed professionals in Germany.

Funding Eligibility
To be eligible for KOMPASS funding, you must:
• Be a solo self-employed professional in Germany
• Have been in business for at least 2 years
• Have a maximum of 1 full-time equivalent
• Self-employment must be your main occupation
