One academy, three journeys
Whichever door you come through, you get the same thing: a structured curriculum, practitioners who have done the work, and a certificate that stands up to scrutiny.
For executives and senior leaders
Executive Leadership Programs
Six sector-specific tracks covering ethical governance, ESG, risk and transformation — for banks, corporations, cooperatives, public administrations and the African diaspora.
For solo self-employed professionals
Business Empowerment Program
A hybrid training that helps solo self-employed professionals in Germany professionalise operations, digitalise, and build a stable long-term foundation — fundable via KOMPASS up to 90%.
For students from grade 4 to Abitur
Mathematics & Physics Tutoring
Patient, structured one-to-one and small-group tutoring in Hanover and online. Clear explanations, real practice, better grades and more confidence.
Choose the track built for your sector
Every ELP track shares the same ethical-governance backbone and then goes deep into the realities of one sector — because a bank board and a ministry cabinet do not face the same decisions.

Hybrid by design
On-site intensity where it matters, online flexibility where it does not. Nobody has to choose between learning and working.
Sector-specific, not generic
Curricula written for a defined audience — a cooperative board, a ministry team, a solo founder — instead of one course stretched to fit everyone.
Ethics as the backbone
Governance, ESG and the Economy for the Common Good run through every leadership track, not as an appendix but as the frame.
Recognised certification
Assessments, graded components and issued certificates you can put in front of a board, an employer or a funder.
Five languages
English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic — including full right-to-left support — so language is never the barrier.
Funding support
We help eligible participants navigate KOMPASS funding and partner arrangements, so cost does not decide who gets to learn.
